Position Summary
We are seeking a Paralegal to join the Fanatics Collectibles International legal team. The role will be based at Fanaticsâ London office - the office is currently in Euston but weâre moving to Kings Cross in Q2/Q3 â but regular trips to our Milton Keynes office will be needed. Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week, reporting dually into VP of Legal and VP of Strategic Finance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a file system for legal documents;
- Manage contract execution and filing;
- Oversee day-to-day management of vendor and partner onboarding and review process;
- Prepare drafts of written communications, including contracts, licenses, letters, notices, and other related documents;
- Act as liaison between company attorneys, outside counsel, organizations and in-house employees;
- Act as point person in connection with corporate entity management;
- Assist with maintaining corporate records, corporate governance, compliance and other policies and minutes;
- Assist with legal research and information gathering;
- Provide ad hoc cross-functional support, including limited coordination with Finance and other internal teams, as needed;
- Coordinate outside counsel engagements, invoices and payment;
- Provide transactional support;
- Update policies and prepare materials for training sessions.

What Weâre Looking For
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent.
- Legal qualifications (CPE/GDL and LPC or CILEX) a plus.
- Previous paralegal experience is a must - either in a law firm or in-house legal department, including working with contract management systems and processes.
- This role is suitable for a junior-to-mid-level paralegal looking to grow in an international in-house legal team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills; ease in working with people up and down the organizational hierarchy.
- Proficiency in MS Office skills (i.e., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), Adobe, Docusign and AI powered tools.
