It owns and manages casinos across multiple states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK expands its international footprint.
Bally’s Casino Food & Beverage Team Members support the casinos food and beverage operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience in the casinos dining and drinking areas and contributing to efficient, profitable operations. Team Members help create an atmosphere that drives guest satisfaction, working closely with management to maximise sales and revenue while prioritising guest satisfaction. The role requires anticipation of guest needs, prompt responses, and the ability to create memorable moments. This position is integral to shaping the overall casino experience and reflects Bally's commitment to hospitality excellence. Please note, we operate 24/7, so you may be required to work evenings and weekends.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the operations of food & beverage areas by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drink.
- Delivering a consistent customer-service focused environment and positively endorsing the company philosophy of being the destination of choice for customers.
- Maintaining awareness and understanding of F&B commerciality, adhering to processes and procedures that minimise financial risk to the business.
- Providing exceptional service standards to both internal and external customers.
- Working as part of a team with both operational staff and managers.
- Being customer-centric with a positive, concise communication style.
What are we looking for?
- To meet legal obligations, you must be 18 years of age or over.
- Possess experience in a customer-facing role within a high-volume environment—preferably within an entertainment, F&B or hospitality setting.
- Be customer service focused with an organised and efficient approach to work.
- Have practical knowledge of the service industry and service culture.
- Understanding of the relevant legislation on the responsible service of alcohol and the relevant rules and regulations on health & safety.
- Experience in Micros and stocktaking is desirable.
- Be a team player with the ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
