The Senior Allocator role is crucial in delivering for Fans ensuring that the right products are available in the right locations at the right time. This position manages inventory flow across retail stores, stadiums, and events, balancing stock to maximise sales, support new launches, and minimise markdowns. The role requires a sharp analytical mindset, strong commercial awareness, and a passion for sports. You’ll work closely with Merchandising, Buying, Retail and Logistics to drive sell-through across multiple product categories.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Planning & Allocation: Manage allocation and replenishment of all product categories across retail and events. Optimise inventory levels based on store performance, capacity, and trends. Ensure new product launches and seasonal drops are executed flawlessly across the network. Monitor size curves and product performance to ensure the right product mix by location.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales, stock, and sell-through data to identify opportunities and risks. Partner with Buying & Merchandising teams to refine forecasts and in-season strategies. Generate allocation performance reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, and Operations to support trading objectives and product campaigns. Communicate allocation strategies clearly to store teams. Support Operations with inventory flow to ensure product availability for peak periods, launches, and events.
- Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor allocators, providing analytical and operational guidance. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy. Support system enhancements or allocation tool upgrades to drive better performance visibility.

- Experience working in an omnichannel retail environment (stores + e-commerce).
