The UX Research (UXR) Team is the heartbeat of Product Design at Bally’s. We are a multi‑skilled, innovative squad that sits at the intersection of creativity and data. So, what will you be doing?
- Conducting Discovery: Planning and executing research studies—from quick usability tests to deeper discovery—to uncover what our players truly need.
- Translating Insights: Turning complex behavioral data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence how our designers and product managers think.
- Analyzing Behavior: Using tools like FullStory, Maze, and Google Analytics to get a 360 degree view of the user journey.
- Collaborating Across Functions: Working side by side with Engineers, Designers, and Data Analysts to ensure your findings drive real change in the final product.
- Advocating for Quality: Maintaining high standards for our research toolkit and keeping the team inspired by the latest industry trends and UX patterns.
And what will you need?
- Experience: A foundational background in UX research, including experience with qualitative and quantitative methods such as surveys and usability testing. Familiarity with modern research and analytics tools like Maze, UserTesting.com, FullStory, or Google Analytics. Experience or a strong interest in the real‑money gaming or gambling industry is a major plus. Exposure to Figma or a background in UI or UX design is a bonus skill we would love to see.
