This is a fantastic chance for a motivated individual to help with the growth and improvement of our games. You will collaborate with diverse teams to complete the product roadmap, analyse player behaviour, and enhance features that increase engagement, retention, and monetisation. With mentorship and assistance, you'll cultivate the skills needed to excel as a top‑tier Product Manager!

What You’ll Do

  • Generate visions and ideas for a social or mobile game, determining its market position and features that are engaging and highly monetisable.
  • Help turn ideas into detailed concepts, test with users, and assist in decision‑making processes.
  • Build wireframe screens, mockups, and user flows for new product features and content.
  • Gather and synthesize player feedback through surveys, reviews, and in‑game data to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team of product managers, artists, and engineers to prioritise tasks, manage the roadmap, and ensure flawless implementation.
  • Define, measure, and analyse critical metrics to guide your priorities and decisions for next steps.
  • Perform detailed A/B tests (split testing).
  • Constantly optimise features post‑launch for even more engagement and monetisation.
