We are looking for a fullâtime enthusiastic, customerâfocused professional to join our dynamic team. As a Membership Sales & Services Representative, you will be the welcoming face of the YMCA, helping members feel supported & informed from their very first visit.
Key Responsibilities- Actively promote & sell YMCA memberships.
- Conduct tours for prospective members.
- Follow up on leads from guest passes, day passes, & online inquiries.
- Provide exceptional service to members, guests, & program participants.
- Respond to inquiries in person, via phone, or email.
- Register members for programs, lessons, & services.
- Maintain accurate member records & update databases.
- Handle monetary transactions & balance cash drawers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk & lobby areas.
- Demonstrate YMCA core values: Respect, Kindness, inclusiveness, WellâBeing & Integrity.
- Support fundraising and community engagement initiatives.
This position is based at our Northwest (Rochdale) location. Availability to work the opening shift (5:15am â 1:45pm, MonâFri).
Qualifications- Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Attention to detail & accuracy in data entry.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to resolve member concerns & conflicts effectively.
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C).
- Clear Criminal Record Check with VSC.
