- Work closely with Content, Design, PR, and Product teams to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration and campaign alignment.
- Regularly report on performance metrics, drawing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Maintain a strategic and tactical balance, from day-to-day execution to long-term channel evolution.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Expertise with major email marketing platforms.
- Strong command of email marketing best practices including segmentation, automation, personalization, and deliverability.
- Ability to strategically plan and independently execute effective campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with a relentless focus on results.

- Skilled collaborator who can easily align cross-functional teams (Content, Design, Product) toward common goals.
- Driven by ownership, accountability, and the desire to build something impactful from the ground up.
- A portfolio showing real-world wins: list growth, engagement improvements, lead-to-customer conversions, or other meaningful impact.
- Comprehensive private Healthcare Insurance.
- Flexible work environment and home office available.
- Home office allowance.
- Gym & Leisure Allowance.
- All the hardware and software you need to be successful.
- Regular company events and social outings, activities, Spot Awards and a Monthly Social Club.
