The role is within a valuations practice, working on a broad range of engagements across transactions, financial reporting, tax, disputes and strategic advisory.

You will gain exposure to a diverse client base, ranging from entrepreneur-led and PE-backed businesses through to larger corporates and institutional clients, with genuine scope to take ownership of workstreams and progress quickly within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver valuation engagements across a wide range of sectors and purposes
  • Produce valuation analysis and reporting (DCF, multiples, scenario analysis, SOTP, etc.)
  • Support transaction-related valuations, tax valuations, PPA/impairment work and strategic advisory
  • Manage client relationships and engage directly with senior stakeholders
  • Review models, conduct market research and deliver key commercial insights
  • Coach and develop junior team members
  • Support business development and contribute to growth of the wider valuations offering
Requirements
  • Strong valuations experience gained within professional services, corporate finance or investment banking
  • ACA / ACCA / CA qualified preferred (CFA also advantageous)
  • Strong modelling, analytical and report-writing capability
  • For senior hires: experience leading teams, managing complex engagements and contributing to BD
