Specialist Recruiter – Head of Corporate Finance
Are you an experienced Corporate Finance professional looking for an exciting opportunity to join a well-known independent advisory firm? Our client is expanding its services and seeking a talented individual to join as a Transaction Services Partner.
This is a unique chance to originate your own work, alongside existing internal referral sources, and play a pivotal role in building out a transaction services division within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and lead FDD / VDD mandates, operating within the lower mid-market space.
- Manage the end-to-end deal process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and other corporate finance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Experienced Corporate Finance operator, in Transaction Services.
- Demonstrated track record of originating and successfully executing corporate finance transactions.
- Excellent understanding of the lower mid-market space, with deal sizes ranging from £5m to £100m.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or similar are desirable.
Location: The role can be based anywhere across the United Kingdom, providing you with the flexibility to work from a location that suits you.
