We have partnered with a leading M&A advisory boutique to assist in the search for a Vice President / Associate Director to join their expanding London team. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected, employee-owned firm that specialises in advising creative focused businesses. The business has a strong reputation for its sector depth, strategic insight, and high-quality execution. The firm is offering brilliant progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing M&A transactions from origination through to completion
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships with founders and senior stakeholders
  • Conducting financial modelling, valuations, and preparing high-impact marketing materials including information memoranda and presentations
  • Contributing to broader firm initiatives, including internal projects and market visibility efforts

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with 4 years of relevant M&A lead advisory post-qualification experience at an accounting firm, or currently working at an M&A boutique.
