The role sits within a highly regarded London team, advising fast-growth companies, international corporates, owner-managed businesses and family offices.
The role offers the chance to work on and lead a varied caseload, with a strong focus on M&A and private equity, often involving an international element.
This is a superb opportunity to develop your expertise in a collaborative, high-performing team and whilst it won't be immediate, the growth into a Partner position is truly there.
To be considered, you need to be UK-qualified lawyer and at least 7 PQE focusing on M&A and potentially PE mandates.
