Your client is a leading global financial advisory specialist, delivering restructuring, insolvency, and turnaround solutions. You will join their London Restructuring Advisory team, managing mid-market and SME distressed situations, working closely with lenders (incl. ABLs), corporates, private equity, and legal counsel.
What Youβll Be Doing
- Leading complex restructuring mandates β IBRs, short-term cash flow modelling, option reviews, accelerated M&As, pre-lend reviews
- Undertake financial analysis and prepare the initial draft of reports β deep-dive into statutory accounts, cash flows and summarise key assumptions and performance drivers.
- Engaging with stakeholders β presenting to directors, lenders, and creditor groups; preparing client and court documentation
- Coaching junior staff β mentoring associates while ensuring quality and compliance
- Supporting market growth β contributing to pitches, client relationship development, and business development initiatives
What You Bring
- ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 5 yearsβ relevant restructuring experience
- Strong technical skills in cash flow forecasting, financial modelling, and turning around distressed businesses
- Proven ability to draft reports, stakeholder updates, and court-ready documentation
- Confident client-facing and board-level communication skills
- Experience working with ABLs, banks, private equity or creditors considered a strong advantage
- Hands-on leadership with a collaborative, resilient mindset suited to high-pressure environments
