I’m currently working with one of the busiest and fastest-growing accountancy firms in the market, who are looking to add an M&A Manager to their Manchester team.
The firm has built a strong M&A practice with a consistent pipeline of mid-market transactions. This is an opportunity to join an established team where you will have genuine responsibility across transactions, strong exposure to clients and the opportunity to develop your career within a growing platform.
You will work across a range of mid-market M&A transactions, taking responsibility for key elements of execution and working closely with senior team members, shareholders and investors.
- Lead and support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Build and review financial models and valuation analysis
- Contribute to pitches, origination and business development
Strong M&A / Corporate Finance experience
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent preferred
