We are working with a highly regarded, growth-focused advisory firm looking to appoint an experienced M&A Partner to expand its presence in the North West, based in Manchester.

The Opportunity

  • You will play a pivotal role in growing the firm’s M&A offering in the region, leveraging an established brand, strong deal flow, and an existing network across the UK.
  • The role offers significant autonomy, with the backing of a well-capitalised and collaborative national team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and originate M&A transactions across the lower to mid-market (c.£10m–£150m deal values)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and private equity houses
  • Drive revenue growth and contribute to the strategic direction of the wider Corporate Finance team
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, building a high-performing local team
  • Work closely with other service lines to maximise cross-sell opportunities

  • Proven track record of originating and delivering M&A transactions
  • Strong network across the North West deal community
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and scale a regional offering
  • Currently operating at Director / Partner level within a Corporate Finance, Advisory, or Investment Banking environment
  • Commercially astute, with excellent relationship-building skills
