Gambit Search are working exclusively with an impressive international practice who have a need to hire a restructuring professional (both financial restructuring/advisory and corporate insolvency) at the associate director level to join their team in London. This is a long-standing client of ours and we are excited to see their next few years as they have significant growth plans in place.
This is a critical role where you will work on complex and high-profile projects across the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for leading teams, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality solutions to clients facing financial and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage advisory and restructuring mandates, advising clients on a range of financial and operational issues including IBRs, cash flow forecasting, capital structure solutions, business planning, liquidity management and more.
- Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects across various industries and geographies, both in the UK and globally.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on turnaround, restructuring, and financial situations across the distressed and stressed curve.
The practice has had a very successful couple of years and as such are hiring at this critical level to service the pipeline of work. The team operate in a meritocratic fashion and there is ample opportunity to progress through the level of seniority.
