Gambit Search are excited to be working with an elite practice, financially backed who are pushing the growth of a specialist area in their London office. They are now looking to appoint an Associate Director and Director to play a key role in the continued growth of their Real Estate Advisory practice.
For both commercial and residential property, you will lead on high-profile real estate advisory mandates and complex transactions, covering but not being limited to:
- Special situations
- Debt and equity raising
In this role, you will be structuring and executing on advisory mandates in the real estate space advising clients on capital structures, investment and financing options amongst other strategic matters. As an Associate Director or Director, you will be the primary contact to ensure negotiations are smooth and transactions get completed.
This is a major growth area for this team and as such there is a clear path up to Partner level with plans to hire staff and really scale the team. The team is currently led by a well-known real-estate leader in the space who will be able to take you on a great journey career-wise.
To be considered:
- A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA or RICS strongly preferred)
- Extensive experience in real estate finance or advisory (restructuring, corporate finance, debt advisory etc)
- Real estate sector knowledge is key
- A proven track record in execution of deals
- Strong financial modelling, commercial judgement and negotiation skills
