We're supporting a high-quality advisory firm in their search for an M&A Manager, specifically interested in Transaction Services Managers ready to transition into full M&A execution. This role is ideal for someone who is available to start in January and keen to step from TS into a front-line deal environment.
You will work closely with experienced dealmakers, take ownership of live transactions, and gain exposure across the full deal lifecycle from valuations and financial analysis through to end-to-end execution. It's a rare chance to move into M&A quickly with strong support and a collaborative team behind you.
What We're Looking For:
- ACA/ACCA (or equivalent)
- Strong background in Transaction Services
- Solid technical grounding in analysis, valuation, and modelling
