They are looking to hire an Assistant Manager to join their growing contentious insolvency team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of contentious insolvency and investigation cases
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify potential claims and recovery opportunities
- Assist with investigations into antecedent transactions, director conduct, and asset tracing
- Support claims relating to misfeasance, breach of duty, and other insolvency-related matters
- Prepare high-quality reports, correspondence, and supporting documentation
- Liaise with legal advisors, clients, and other stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals and client engagement
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (or working towards) preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in contentious insolvency, restructuring, or related financial investigations
