I'm currently working with an established accountancy firm in Leeds with a highly regarded Transaction Services practice, as they look to hire an Associate to support continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy TS team with strong deal flow, exposure to a broad range of mid-market transactions and clear opportunities for progression.
The Role
You will support the delivery of financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions, taking increasing ownership of projects and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Support project management from scoping through to final report delivery
- Analyse financial performance, working capital and key value drivers
- Assist with report writing and presentation of findings to clients
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support business development and pitch activity
Requirements
- Confident Excel and financial analysis skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent preferred
- Transaction Services / FDD experience
