We are currently working with a leading investment bank that is seeking Analysts and Senior Analysts to join their high-performing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in M&A transactions, capital raising, and strategic advisory across a range of industries. As an Analyst or Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting senior bankers in delivering high-quality advisory services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and other corporate finance engagements.
- Performing in-depth financial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
- Conducting industry and company research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Supporting senior team members in managing client relationships and deal execution.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
