Insolvency & Restructuring Manager/Senior Manager

We are currently working with a specialist restructuring and insolvency firm in London that is looking to hire at the Manager and Senior Manager levels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established boutique team that is growing, offering excellent progression potential and exposure to high-profile insolvency and restructuring cases.

As part of this firm, you will be involved in complex formal insolvency mandates, working closely with key stakeholders to navigate distressed situations. The firm is known for its expertise in handling administrations, liquidations, and creditor-driven processes across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing formal insolvency cases, including administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and compulsory liquidations.
• Overseeing case progression, ensuring compliance, and managing stakeholder communications.
• Working closely with creditors, directors, and legal professionals on restructuring solutions.
• Managing and mentoring junior team members to support their development.
• Contributing to business development, identifying new opportunities, and building strong professional networks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong experience in insolvency and corporate restructuring, ideally gained within a leading restructuring firm or insolvency practice.
• Experience managing formal insolvency cases from start to finish.
• A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPI, or JIEB (or working towards one) is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
