An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join a growing insolvency and restructuring team in London. This role is ideal for an insolvency professional looking to focus in corporate insolvency, while also gaining exposure to turnaround and restructuring engagements.

You’ll play a key role in managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, supporting senior team members in delivering high-quality solutions to clients facing financial distress. There is strong potential for progression and involvement in advisory-led projects, as the team expands its restructuring offering.

What you need:

  • Extensive experience in managing corporate insolvency cases (CVLs, administrations, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of UK insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a keen interest in restructuring and turnaround

This role will suit someone who is sitting at least at the insolvency senior administrator / senior associate level. Ideally you'll also have an insolvency or accounting qualification but experience is more important.
