The firm has a strong national presence and a well-regarded disputes practice, offering exposure to high-quality work within a more balanced and collegiate environment than typically found in larger firms. The team comprises approximately 15-20 professionals across multiple UK offices and manages a consistent pipeline of complex assignments.
Core areas of work include:
- Forensic investigations and litigation support
- Share valuations (both dispute and non-dispute)
- Tax valuations and shareholder planning
This is a key hire, combining responsibilities previously held at Director and Manager level.
