The Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering employee-related insolvency services, working closely with stakeholders, insolvency practitioners, and employees to ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently. For those currently in broader corporate insolvency roles, this is an excellent opportunity to move into a focused specialism under the Employment Rights Act 1996, gaining deep expertise in a high-demand area. • Managing employee claims processes across insolvency cases
  • Completing and reviewing RP14 and RP15 submissions
  • Calculating statutory entitlements including redundancy, notice, holiday pay, and arrears
  • Liaising with the Redundancy Payments Service
  • Attending site to support redundancy consultations where required
  • Acting as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders
  • Supporting and advising internal insolvency teams on ERA-related matters
  • Managing your own workload and diary effectively

About You

We are open to a range of backgrounds and experience levels. You may be:

  • Currently working in corporate insolvency and looking to specialise in ERA / employee claims, or
  • An experienced ERA / employee claims professional seeking a larger platform and progression opportunities

You will ideally have:

  • Experience with employee claims in insolvency (including RP14/RP15)
  • Strong understanding of employee entitlements under insolvency scenarios
  • Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload

Why Join?

  • Strong financial backing with continued investment in growth
  • Opportunity to join a high-performing, expanding team
  • Clear and achievable career progression (Senior Administrator through to Director)
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Recognised as a top place to work, with a strong emphasis on culture and team engagement
  • Annual company-wide trip to a manor house and regular team events

This is a standout opportunity to either carve out a niche specialism within insolvency or take your existing ERA expertise to the next level within a firm that is genuinely investing in this area.
