Gambit Search are working with an ambitious top UK law firm who have a need to hire an corporate associate into their Cardiff office. Ideally, they\’re looking between 1-5 PQE but can look more senior for the right person. The practice has grown successfully over a number of years and with the mandates that they have currently, it means there\’s a need for an experienced solicitor who can progress through to Partner level who can join the team. The work is very much \”mid-market\”, with average deal sizes sitting between £5m – £30m across various sectors. The work will be primarily private M&A mandates across various sectors but the business are particularly strong at gaming, healthcare, media and others. Aside from private M&A, both domestic & cross border, you can get involved in PE, VC, capital markets, joint ventures and corp governance.
