We are partnered with a highly successful advisory firm who are looking to invest in a new M&A Partner to join their team in London.

Your Role:

As a Corporate Finance Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the firm's Corporate Finance division in London. Your expertise in M&A will be instrumental in spearheading deals within the lower-mid market space (deal size ranging from £5m to £100m).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Corporate Finance M&A projects, from inception to completion.
  • Utilize your strong network and proven origination abilities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and potential buyers/investors.
  • Provide expert financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation services to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience within the Corporate Finance, M&A, space.
  • Currently holding the position of Associate Director, Director, or Partner, with a successful track record in originating deals.
  • Demonstrable expertise in the lower-mid market space, with deal sizes ranging from £5m to £100m.
  • Proven origination abilities with a strong network of industry connections.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Corporate Finance market in London.
