As a Corporate Finance Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the firm\’s Corporate Finance division in London. Your expertise in M&A will be instrumental in spearheading deals within the lower-mid market space (deal size ranging from £5m to £100m). Lead and manage Corporate Finance M&A projects, from inception to completion. Utilize your strong network and proven origination abilities to identify and secure new business opportunities. Provide expert financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation services to support decision-making processes. A minimum of 6 years of experience within the Corporate Finance, M&A, space. Proven origination abilities with a strong network of industry connections. In-depth knowledge of the Corporate Finance market in London You will be a key player in a reputable advisory firm, working alongside talented professionals and helping to develop and grow a team underneath you.
