I’m currently working with an established Top 10 accountancy firm in London with a highly regarded Transaction Services practice, as they look to hire an Assistant Manager to support continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing and busy TS team with consistent deal flow, strong private equity exposure, and clear progression prospects. The team works across a broad range of mid-market transactions, providing strong deal experience.
The Role
You will support financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side mandates, working closely with Managers, Directors and Partners while developing your own project ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Support project management from scoping through to final report delivery
- Analyse financial performance, working capital and key value drivers
- Assist with report writing and presentation of findings to clients
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support business development activity and pitch work
Requirements
- Strong TS/FDD experience
- Confident Excel and financial analysis skills
- ACA / ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent) preferred
