A well‑established national insolvency and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator or Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its Birmingham office. The Role

You will manage your own portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including:

  • Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) – core workload
  • Administrations
  • Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs) – occasional

Key Responsibilities

  • Progress cases from appointment to closure
  • Prepare statutory documentation, reports, and case notes
  • Communicate with directors, creditors, shareholders, and other stakeholders
  • Review financial records and conduct initial investigations
  • Liaise with agents, solicitors, and other third parties
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
  • Support junior team members (for senior‑level applicants)

About You

  • Existing experience within an insolvency or restructuring practice
  • Strong understanding of corporate insolvency processes, particularly CVLs and Administrations
  • Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
  • Confident communication with directors, creditors, and stakeholders
