Job Description

A well-regarded accountancy and advisory firm is seeking an Insolvency Administrator or Senior Administrator to join its busy Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVL) team in London.

You’ll be part of a respected national practice with a strong insolvency and restructuring offering. The MVL team is known for delivering efficient, partner-led service and supporting a wide range of clients — from owner-managed businesses to complex group restructures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of solvent liquidations (MVLs) from appointment through to closure
  • Preparing statutory documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Liaising directly with directors, shareholders, and other key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation and internal procedures
  • Assisting senior team members with complex cases and group transactions
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate
