This is a Manager position within their Corporate Insolvency Team. They are seeking an experienced professional, either a current Manager or a high-performing Assistant Manager (2 years+), to join the team. You will play a key role in the execution of insolvency processes by taking ownership of cases, delegating to junior members of staff, and having a leadership presence across a growing, intimate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee insolvency cases from start to finish, ensuring all statutory deadlines and compliance requirements are met
- Take ownership of assignments and delegate tasks effectively to junior team members
- Maintain a leadership presence across the Corporate Insolvency Team
- Prepare and present reports to clients, creditors, and stakeholders
- Manage complex assignments and liaise with solicitors, creditors, and other professionals
- Support team growth initiatives and contribute to practice development
- Ensure best practice procedures are implemented across assignments
Requirements
- Strong experience in corporate insolvency, including managing assignments
- Either current Manager experience or significant experience as an Assistant Manager (2 years+) ready to take full Manager responsibilities
- CPI (Certificate in Insolvency) is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
- Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple assignments
