A respected and growing insolvency and business advisory firm located in Central London is looking to recruit an Insolvency Administrator to join its collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with existing insolvency experience to broaden their exposure to a mixed caseload and progress within a supportive, specialist environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of insolvency assignments, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, IVAs and Bankruptcy cases
- Draft reports, statutory documents, and correspondence
- Liaise with creditors, debtors, directors, and other stakeholders
- Assist with investigations, asset realisations, and case progression
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal procedures
- Support more senior staff on complex or high-profile cases as required
Qualifications
- 2 years minimum experience in insolvency or business recovery (corporate or personal)
- Comfortable managing cases with supervision
- Good working knowledge of insolvency procedures and regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- CPI qualification is desirable but not essential - study support available on a case by case basis
