Position based in the UK
Critical role responsible for developing, driving, and leading the business in Europe. Key leadership role to drive sales expectations, managing and building MSSP / Channel Partners in the region. Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans. Communicate and foster relationships with clients and channel partners.
The Regional Sales Manager (Europe) is a key leadership position. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for revenue growth, new business acquisition growth, and building the channel partner ecosystem in the assigned countries. You will maximize revenue through innovative approaches and ensure alignment with company objectives. As Regional Sales Manager, you will manage the end-to-end sales proposition, lead business development activities, and drive the sales strategy. You will leverage your leadership skills to support and develop a high-performing region, leveraging innovative approaches to align with and exceed sales objectives.
What We Need To See
- 7+ years of sales experience in IT / Cyber Security
- Experience in selling cybersecurity technologies and solutions such as SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, BAS, Threat Hunting, EDR, NDR, cloud security, and vulnerability management
- Understanding of SaaS / Cloud Go-to-market
- Proven track record of success in sales management.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
- Exceptional professional selling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Compelling experience building, developing, and influencing direct enterprise sales and through channel partners.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Positive attitude, team player, self-motivated, and disciplined
- Willingness and ability to travel (~20%) across assigned countries in the region.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
