Our flagship disinfectant wipes and hand gels, Clinell, are a no. 1 brand in the NHS. We’ve created an exciting opportunity for a Chemistry student to join our R&D team for 13 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience throughout the product development life cycle. You’ll be joining a fast-paced organisation with full support and mentoring from our experienced Scientists. What can you expect to be doing? Conduct testing using agreed in-house or industry standard methodologies to assess products/formulations. Record results and experimental data to discuss with the team ensuring data is reported on using agreed templates. Contribute to maintaining health & safety requirements in the lab by managing chemicals and maintaining equipment. Assist in managing documentation for Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements. Studying towards a Chemistry or other relevant life sciences degree. Motivated work ethic with a self-starter mentality. A team player spirit! You’ll be helping and learning from lots of different people. Excellent communication skills both with scientists and non-scientists. An appetite to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
