Overview

Science and Marketing Communications Executive (graduate role) – based out of GAMA HQ, Hemel Hempstead, Herts with hybrid working. GAMA Healthcare helps prevent infections and saves lives, providing innovative products and exceptional aftersales support. Our flagship product, Clinell Universal Wipes, is a no. 1 brand in the NHS. We are looking for a Science and Marketing Communications Executive who can bring clinical and scientific data to life—transforming technical knowledge into marketing content that resonates with our audience of healthcare professionals. If you’re passionate about communicating science in an engaging and accessible way, and excited by the opportunity to create content that supports innovative campaigns and contributes to real-world health outcomes, this could be your next step.

What you will be involved in:

  • Translate complex scientific data into clear, engaging marketing and sales materials.
  • Articulate the clinical, scientific, and health economic value of our products for multiple audiences, including clinical, procurement and estates professionals.
  • Develop content that brings our solutions to life—whether for a sales toolkit, digital campaign, or customer presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure assets align with global strategies but reflect local market needs.
  • Gather and interpret insights on customer behavior, IPC practices, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Assist in delivering science-driven content for social media and digital channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Partner with sales and clinical teams to tailor scientific content for meetings, exhibitions and customer events.

What you will need to be successful:

  • A science or healthcare-related degree (preferably with relevance to infection prevention and control).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for translating science into engaging narratives.
  • An interest in marketing and a desire to develop in this field.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.
