Seeking a pro-active, collaborative team player who wants to deliver product change projects that matter! Founded in 2004 by two Doctors, GAMA Healthcare helps prevent infections and saves lives, providing innovative products and exceptional aftersales support to customers. Our flagship disinfectant products, Clinell, are a no. 1 brand in the NHS.

Reporting into the Senior Product Delivery Manager and part of a small cohesive team, this new role will be instrumental in delivering product changes to market. The role is based at GAMA, Fellows Research Centre, Halifax (HX4 8LR). This role is full-time, permanent and offers hybrid working (3 office, 2 home).

What will you do?

  • Deliver product changes from concept to market launch
  • Manage stakeholders across all functional teams, external suppliers, and senior leadership
  • Solve problems yourself or with the wider team
  • Escalate issues appropriately
  • Maintain change control documents and project plans
  • Deliver status updates on agreed projects to cover time, cost, spec, and budget
  • Work to change control processes and quality standards

What will you need?

  • Aspirational Project Managers, Individuals with a background in Quality looking to step into a Project Management Role or Product Delivery Managers, who are commercially aware and energetic.
  • A degree in a technical discipline – science, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Proven change management / new product / project management experience (delivery of time/cost/spec/resources/risks)
  • Experience of working in a "product" related industry: infection prevention, medical devices, biocidal product or rigorous FMCG environment
  • Experience of managing multiple projects concurrently and managing changing specifications
  • The ability to work throughout the product change lifecycle communication of status, actions, and risks to all levels of a project team up to the Executive level and external stakeholders where required
  • A Project management qualification or extensive practical experience
  • Reporting on the status of a portfolio of projects
  • Process improvement
