In this role you’ll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality education and training across our Consumables product portfolio including brands such as Clinell, Carell and Contiplan. Reporting to the Clinical Director, this role will lead clinical education and practice development across their region, driving best practice implementation, enabling safe and effective product adoption, and contributing to improved patient outcomes. What will you do?

  • Deliver educational and product implementation support to NHS Trusts within the region through ward/departmental based in-service training, product demonstrations, workshops, infection prevention and control (IPC) link nurse study days.
  • Plan and coordinate training directly with customers, tailoring content to meet local/trust needs.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Acute Sales team to build, implement and review training plans, sharing local insights.
  • Collect, collate, and share customer feedback on GAMA products and services to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of education and training via our CRM.
  • Support hospital/healthcare-based events, campaigns and commercial exhibitions.

What will you need?

  • We’re open to candidates who have experience of delivering training either within a nursing or similar commercial role e.g., Clinical Trainer, Clinical Nurse Trainer, Nurse Trainer.
  • To be a registered nurse, preferably with experience in education and training in either infection prevention and control, tissue viability, intravascular care or continence care.
  • Demonstrable success delivering quality education and training.
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset – this role will work closely with teams across the business.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel – this role will spend approx. 4 days a week on the road/with customers, with occasional off-patch visits e.g., to attend a conference, study day or the GAMA offices.
  • Current UK Driving License is essential.
