Yes, we fly but we also save lives, provide mission critical intelligence, and build systems that deliver decisive advantage.With operations in the UK, US, Middle East and Hong Kong a career with us can offer travel, personal growth opportunities and the ability for long-term progression in a fast paced and dynamic service industry.Responsibilities:Supervising and directing FBO staff on duty during assigned shifts to deliver a safe, efficient and positive customer experience in accordance with published company procedures and relevant regulationsSupervising an exceptional client experience in all aspects of work in accordance with Company standards, achieving and maintaining the highest level of customer service standards at all times and by all members of the FBO teamSafely and efficiently conducting, directing and overseeing handling, cleaning and refuelling operations on a variety of aircraft as required, whilst adhering to all relevant policies and proceduresBe a primary customer facing representative of the company when necessary. To be well presented, with impeccable conduct, conducive to providing the highest level of customer serviceEnsuring the quality of fuel in order to adhere to/maintain Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental standards, as required by internal and external publications, policies, procedures and processes as appropriateEnsuring that the correct issue and receipt of aviation grade fuels to aircraft and to ensure that these are correctly recordedDirecting aircraft towing activities as required and ensuring that routine and ad-hoc apron foreign object inspections are undertakenOverseeing and directing all elements of aircraft and passenger handling including all standard and ad-hoc client services requestedCoordinating the compilation and maintenance of any records, requests for data and general tasks pertinent to the operation as and when requiredEnsuring that all items required under the Carriage of Dangerous Goods is carried and maintained in accordance with the applicable regulationsCoordinating all operational tasks associated with handling third party aircraft and overseeing the transportation of clients and third parties as requiredAdministration of customer requests, documentation and invoices plus the maintenance of vehicle documentation and publications in accordance with current internal and external publications, policies, procedures and processes as appropriateManage leave and sickness of the FBO ground handlersEnsure a high quality of health and safety is adhered to and managedEnsure daily/weekly/monthly safety checks/tasks are completed accurately and on timeAll other duties as reasonably requested by line managementSkills, Qualifications and Experience required:A passion for service delivery with knowledge of working in a highly regulated industryPrevious experience of working within and delivering excellent Customer ServicesPrevious experience supervising and leading a team within a customer focused environmentAbility to react to demand changes and manage the team accordinglyGood IT skills and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to pick up new systems quicklyExperience of working with Finance, creating invoices with a high attention to detail and accuracyIn addition to a Competitive Salary, we will offer you:Life Assurance *Income Protection *Travel Insurance *Private Healthcare (after successful passing of probation) *Free Car Parking2 Paid Volunteering Days each calendar year (subject to line manager approval)* (Subject to insurance underwriting)Note: Due to the volume of applications received, only candidates selected for interview will be contacted.
