Based in Bournemouth with hybrid pattern, you will own the engineering apprenticeship programmes and the Part 66/LAE development pathways, collaborating with operational leaders and training providers across the network.
You will coach and develop apprentices, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement in engineering development.
