Are you a Reporting specialist with advanced knowledge of SSRS and SQL? We have an immediate need for a Reporting Analyst to join our team! Reporting and timely data play a critical role in our customers' business operations. As a Reporting Analyst, you will focus on creating, updating, and refining SQL reports tailored to our customer environments. Additionally, you'll utilise Power BI to develop dynamic queries and visually engaging dashboards that provide insightful decision-making for both our organisation and clients.
Your role is not only technical but integral in understanding how customers utilise scheduling software. Your expertise in SQL scripting, software report writing, and Power BI utilisation will empower our organisation and clients to make data-driven decisions. You'll be instrumental in crafting informative, visually engaging reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, and SQL.
Your proficiency in software report writing, SQL scripting, and understanding customer software utilisation will be key. More about the role: The Reporting Analyst is part of the Support function, working within our Customer Success Team.
- Report Creation and Design: Build and create a variety of reports in SSRS and Power BI, tailored to customer specifications, ensuring the delivery of meaningful insights.
- Data Analysis and Querying: Execute SQL scripts for data analysis, leveraging SQL and SSRS to design and query customer‑facing reports, showcasing a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Documentation and Process Improvement: Create comprehensive documentation and processes, capturing knowledge and lessons learned. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing learnings to prevent recurrence and elevate the customer experience.
