The role can be based out of our offices at Haywards Heath and is suited to an individual with experience working in the Engineering sector. This position will be providing Project Management responsibilities for our Gama Aviation Airworthiness Projects and CAMO Team in support of work across the Gama Aviation Technology whilst ensuring the cost, schedules and risks are maintained. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Delivering briefs to the management team along with providing assistance in the preparation of briefs and presentations to the end customer. Providing robust project governance in line with internal processes and industry best practice. / Skills, Qualifications and Experience required: / Essential: Experience as a Project Manager within an Engineering environment. Experience managing multiple projects concurrently . Prior working experience as a project administrator Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of Excel Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Experience of commercial and contract negotiation processes. Experience defining and agreeing clear client requirements Experience agreeing resource estimates. / Advantageous: Formal project management qualifications are highly desirable such as Prince 2 or APMP or PMQ. Proficient in MS Project. Knowledge of Aviation sector would be beneficial. Basic concepts of Aircraft deliveries and workflows. / Location The role offers a choice between hybrid or 100% office-based working from our Haywards Heath offices. / Benefits include: Competitive salary
