Galt Transport is recruiting an LGV Class 1 Driver based at our customer’s site in Scotstoun, supporting our long-standing customer, BAE. With a consistent day shift and collections and deliveries across the Glasgow area, this role offers a predictable working week and home time every evening for someone with flatbed experience.

The role
Reporting to the Scotstoun Supervisor, you will carry out scheduled runs between Govan and Scotstoun, daily deliveries to Scottish Galvanisers, and other movements of equipment and materials between sites.
You’ll work safely and efficiently, communicate clearly with your supervisor and flag any delays or issues promptly.
- A valid LGV (C+E) licence
- General haulage experience, specifically flatbed experienceDriver CPC and digital tachograph card
- A professional, presentable and dependable approach
- Good communication and organisational skills
- ADR qualifications would be an advantage
