About the role This is a newly created role at Galop to meet the needs of our growing organisation and more focused marketing.

Previously this work sat with the Communications Manager however as we've grown, so has the remit of this work.

This role will have focus on helping us reach the LGBT+ people who need our services, the supporters who fund our work, and the people who use our training.

You will help teams turn a rough idea - “we need a poster”, “we need to promote this course” - into marketing that actually works: choosing the right materials and channel for the audience, briefing our external design agency, and keeping a consistent, professional presence for Galop across our website and social channels.

This is a marketing delivery role rather than a design role, as our designer creates the assets while you make sure the plan and the brief are right.

This is a junior, non-managerial position, offering a genuine opportunity to build hands-on marketing experience while helping shape a brand-new function at Galop.
