Galop is seeking a Deputy Head of Advocacy & Support to lead a large, dispersed team of managers delivering advice, support and advocacy to LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse in the UK.
You will report to the Head of Advocacy and Support, manage Advocacy & Support Managers, and ensure high-quality, needs-led services are delivered in-person or remotely within safeguarding requirements. Hybrid work is possible with office presence required at least 2 days a week.
