Role Description
The Property Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Glasgow.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of residential properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring properties meet all regulatory and safety standards.
The Property Manager will liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors, handle inquiries, conduct property inspections, and oversee check-ins and check-outs.
The role involves preparing and reviewing tenancy documentation, monitoring rental payments, and addressing tenancy issues promptly and professionally.
The Property Manager will also support the wider team with digital systems, contribute to process improvements, and help deliver a high level of customer service aligned with Gallus’s standards.
Qualifications
