Set the tone for every guest and team interaction with your exceptional organization, service mindset and polished professionalism. Put your talents to work at Gallup’s newly renovated London office in The Shard as a receptionist/administrative coordinator. With your warm reception at the front desk, on the phone, and at Gallup courses and events, you will make a positive and professional impression on everyone you meet. Strong communication skills, detail orientation, a service mindset, and the ability to be self-directed and proactive will help you shine in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide general office support: Greet guests, answer the phone, manage the general office inbox, and inform partners about visitors and/or events in the office.
  • Coordinate client and guest experiences: Order food and coordinate with caterers and other service providers; make sure in-office meetings and events are set up correctly; and ensure office, kitchen and bathroom supplies are stocked, neat and tidy.
  • Represent Gallup well: Leave a lasting positive impression on everyone you encounter with your natural warmth and hospitality.
  • Fulfil course materials: Help team members print, compile and ship course materials.
  • Facilitate miscellaneous tasks: Coordinate and implement office health and safety activities, manage inventory and office supplies, and handle other administrative requests as needed.

  • Professional receptionist/administrative experience or hospitality background required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) required.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English required.
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s London office five days a week required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
