What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments to develop a deep understanding of client challenges and diagnose business needs and opportunities.
- Design and deliver customized learning solutions that blend Gallup’s analytics with clients’ strategic priorities.
- Lead executive-level sessions, envisioning workshops, alignment meetings and coaching that help leaders elevate performance, strengthen culture and achieve measurable business results.
- Master concepts linked to strengths development, employee engagement, performance and management principles, and coaching to help leaders, managers and individuals maximize their potential.

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, psychology or sociology.
- At least 15 years of experience in executive facilitation, consulting, or corporate learning and development required.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and advising on leadership, engagement or cultural transformation initiatives required.
- Full fluency in Polish and English required.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time required.
- Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification or International Coaching Federation certification preferred.
- Experience using AI for research, analysis or content development preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the U.K. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
