Consulting Analyst in London

In this role, you will develop hypotheses to test, dive deeply into complex datasets and produce precise, defensible analytics that directly address critical research questions.

• Partner with consultants and clients to understand research objectives, ask thoughtful questions and translate analytic goals into rigorous analytic approaches.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis, including data validation, cross-tabulation, modeling and exploratory analysis, with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.
• Dive deeply into datasets to test hypotheses, explore ways to incorporate secondary data and uncover meaningful patterns that address client research questions.
• Prepare clear documentation on analytic workflows and other data sources used that can be audited.
• Prepare clear analytic outputs that enable consultants and partners to craft compelling narratives and client-ready deliverables.
• Support client engagements by joining calls, listening carefully to clients' goals and providing analytical perspective.
• Uphold Gallup's highest standards for data integrity, ensuring every output is precise, defensible and reliable.

• Master's degree required.
• At least two years of professional experience in quantitative research methods, statistics, math, economics or a similar quantitative discipline required.
• At least two years of experience working with complex survey data, including validating data quality, conducting statistical analysis and supporting insight development required.
• Proficiency in Python, R or SQL required.
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's London office at least three days per week required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.K. required; this position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship.
