As a consulting analyst within Gallup's Global Analytics division, you will collaborate closely with consultants, researchers and clients to help global leaders understand complex social and policy issues and act with confidence based on what the data reveal. In this role, you will develop hypotheses to test, dive deeply into complex datasets and produce precise, defensible analytics that directly address critical research questions.

What You'll Do- Partner with consultants and clients to understand research objectives, ask thoughtful questions and translate analytic goals into rigorous analytic approaches.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis, including data validation, cross-tabulation, modeling and exploratory analysis, with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.
- Dive deeply into datasets to test hypotheses, explore ways to incorporate secondary data and uncover meaningful patterns that address client research questions.
- Prepare clear documentation on analytic workflows and other data sources used that can be audited.
- Prepare clear analytic outputs that enable consultants and partners to craft compelling narratives and client-ready deliverables.
- Support client engagements by joining calls, listening carefully to clients' goals and providing analytical perspective.
- Uphold Gallup's highest standards for data integrity, ensuring every output is precise, defensible and reliable.

- Master's degree required.
- At least two years of professional experience in quantitative research methods, statistics, math, economics or a similar quantitative discipline required.
- At least two years of experience working with complex survey data, including validating data quality, conducting statistical analysis and supporting insight development required.
- Proficiency in Python, R or SQL required.
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's London office at least three days per week required.
- Eligibility to work in the U.K. required; this position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship.
