As an associate consultant, you will work with high-achieving coworkers and experts to create world-class workplaces. In this role, you'll participate in a structured, one-year associate consultant development program designed to develop the core skills required for a long-term consulting career at Gallup. You'll contribute to real client work from the start while progressing through a deliberate learning journey that grows your consulting, project management, data analysis and strategic advisory capabilities. Through strengths-based mentoring and collaboration with experienced Gallup consultants, you'll create a strong foundation for career advancement and success as a leader at Gallup. Following the program, associates typically continue growing within consulting by deepening expertise in areas where they excel, such as business development, workplace advisory, client management or data analytics.

What You Need
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to start in June 2026 — apply early for priority consideration
- Full fluency in French and English required; must be able to communicate effectively with clients in both languages on day one
- At least one year of experience required in project management; client management; business development; data analysis; qualitative or quantitative research; fundraising; recruitment; sales; and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work
- Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required
- Experience using AI for research, analysis or content development preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's London office at least three days per week required
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
