Manage every contract and invoice with accuracy, clarity and confidence. As a finance assistant at Gallup, you’ll play a critical role in upholding the operational excellence that fuels our mission. Your team and the organization will rely on your ability to manage contract and billing compliance, financial processes, and account updates with precision, professionalism and unwavering integrity. In this role, your clear communication and client‑first mindset will help maintain trusted global partnerships and streamlined financial operations across our business.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and interpret client contracts and register the terms in Gallup’s financial systems with speed and accuracy.
- Create, review and process client invoices and credit memos in accordance with contractual terms and internal policies.
- Reconcile and verify billing and financial data, identifying and correcting discrepancies to ensure compliance.
- Manage account updates and maintain accurate financial records in Gallup systems.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with internal teams and external clients to resolve contract and billing questions, support collections efforts and escape issues when necessary.
- Monitor contract and billing timelines to meet monthly and quarterly closing deadlines.
- Refine processes and adapt quickly to new systems, software and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce risk and improve stakeholder satisfaction.

What You Need
- At least one year of professional experience in accounting, billing, contracts, budgets, project management, claims processing, or a similar financial or administrative area required.
- Fluency in German preferred.
- Experience with a major enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, particularly Oracle Cloud ERP, preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel preferred.
- Experience using AI for analysis or content development preferred.
- A commitment to working on‑site at Gallup’s London office at least three days per week required.
- Eligibility to work in the U.K. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
